Salmon with Moroccan Seasoning and Salad (Kate Gardner)

2 corn cobs (microwaved for 10 minutes or steamed)
1 avocado, cubed
1 tomato and ½ Spanish onion, diced 
Juice from ½ to 1 lemon
4 tbs. fresh coriander, roughly chopped

Mix together and place Moroccan salmon on top. The salmon is just made using salmon steaks coated with Moroccan seasoning and baked at 160C for 15 minutes.
