Chamoulha - Moroccan Recipe

Chamoulha - Moroccan Recipe (Jan Oates)

Garlic
Chilli
Lemon juice
Paprika
Cumin
Bunch of coriander

Mulch all ingredients together according to taste. More chili if you like food hot, less garlic if you are going on a date. There is no oil used in the ‘George friendly’ version of this classic paste so you will need to rely on lemon juice for the liquid to hold it together.   (Use pestle and mortar or a blender)
Once you have the paste, brush onto fish or bean curd.
Grill for a few minutes each side on foil on a baking tray.
