Masala Paste

Crushed garlic clove
Tsp garam masala
Tsp chili powder
Quarter tsp ground turmeric
Half tsp salt (optional)
Tblsp finely chopped fresh coriander
2 tblsp lemon juice
 
Make spice ingredients into a paste. Brush onto fish or bean curd.
Grill for a few minutes each side on foil on a baking tray.
